On the morning of Thursday, August 26, was performed the 3rd Gespac, which brought together 23 of the 24 APACS agreements.

The Gespac is a measurable methodology for monitoring the current situation in each APAC, based on Management by Results and consists of regular meetings, dynamic, interactive and comparative.

Has the objective of encouraging the integration of APACS, improve the administration of CRSocial, enabling the broadest knowledge of the situation of APACS, evaluate, based on indicators and targets, the ability of the entities have to maintain or improve the results, making more efficient and effective partnership in the process of continuous improvement.

Attended the event Dr. Murilo, authorizing expenditure, and Dr. Valdeci Antonio, Executive Director of FBAC. They stressed the importance of performance indicators for the management methodology and covenants of APACs.

Huanda Cabral, spoke of the achievements so far and a second time, dividing the APACs into groups, was raised challenges and perspectives for improvement of the indicators.

Meetings are already happening between FBAC and DAC, in order to realize the proposals.
